So yesterday I completed the 120k MX. When I started up the motor, I initially got good oil pressure (~90 psi), but then the motor blew oil all over the front of the engine. I initially thought I had blown out one of the cam (or crank) seals, but after tearing back down to the seals, I can't figure out which one is the culprit. They all were fairly dry, with just a tiny bit of oil on the bottom edge of each one. But no obvious leaks. The crank seal appeared totally dry. All the seals are flush with the outside of the housing. The inside of the timing belt covers and the timing belt were completely coated in oil, so it's near impossible to figure out where it was coming from. Is there some hose up there that could have ruptured, or is it definitely one (or more) of the cam seals if the oil is inside the timing belt covers? I used all OEM seals from Concept Z. There were no oil leaks from the cam or crank seals prior to the MX, it was just time (mileage) to do it. Any ideas are much appreciated. Thanks, Jason
